Industrial Pumb
Industrial Pump

Industrial pump is typically a heavy-duty process pump used to move many different types of products, including water, chemicals, petroleum, wastewater, oil, sludge, slurry or food. The types of pumps typically used for industrial purposes includes centrifugal pumps and positive displacement pumps. Pumps are available with or without electric motors. They are utilised mainly to displace material like chemical, petroleum, wastewater, oil, sludge, slurry or food.
At NIMEX we source reliable Industrial pumps and spare parts form manufacturers to meet the industrial standard and specialised applications. We are also ready to cooperate with Manufacturer to propose innovative supply, maintenance and service packages to allow Process Industry Customers to concentrate on their core business and let us to take care about supply, commissioning and maintenance of pumps.

CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS
Centrifugal Pumps are the most popular and commonly used type of pump for the transfer of fluids. Centrifugal Pumps that normally uses a rotating impeller to move water or other fluids by using centrifugal force. These are the undisputed pump choice especially for delivering liquid from one location to another in numerous industries including agriculture, municipal (water and wastewater plants), industrial, power generation plants, petroleum, mining, chemical, pharmaceutical, and many others.
WATER COOLING PUMPS
Cooling water pumps are used for supplying heat exchangers with cooling water. Their flow rate varies depending on the heat flow to be dissipated. The required head is determined by the type of cooling system. A distinction is made between wet cooling and dry cooling processes.
A water cooling pump is a crucial element of any water cooling setup, therefore we always to discuss with Customers for water cooling set-up be sure to read up on Customer water cooling pumps' specifications, ie. barb size and flow rate, to ensure that Customer getting just what they want and need for their water cooling kit.
HYDRAULIC PUMPS
A hydraulic pump is a mechanical device that converts mechanical power into hydraulic energy. It generates flow with enough power to overcome pressure induced by the load at the pump outlet. When a hydraulic pump operates, it creates a vacuum at the pump inlet, which forces liquid from the reservoir into the inlet line to the pump and by mechanical action delivers this liquid to the pump outlet and forces it into the hydraulic system.
At NIMEX, we can supply an extensive range of genuine and replacement hydraulic pumps, motors and spares. We guarantee in time delivery on most of your urgent breakdown requirements. Individual spare parts can also be supplied where customers may wish to carry out their own repairs/maintenance.
DIAPHRAGM PUMPS
A Diaphragm pump (also known as a Membrane pump) is a positive displacement pump that uses a combination of the reciprocating action of a rubber, thermoplastic or PTFE diaphragm and suitable valves on either side of the diaphragm (check valve, butterfly valves, flap valves, or any other form of shut-off valves) to pump a fluid.
NIMEX keep good relation with reputation manufacturers to provide top quality Diaphragm pump products throughout the manufacturing process, including liquid testing of every pump prior to shipping to Customers.
VACUUM PUMPS
Vacuum pumps are used for a wide range of applications in many different industries. The vacuum pump is one kind of system used to reduce the liquid pressure, comparative to limited pressure, and attained through a vacuum system which is frequently used to take away surplus air and its elements. Excess reactants otherwise unnecessary by-products; decrease the boiling point, etc. These pumps are classified into different types and used in various processes by different requirements of vacuum and displacement levels. There are three kinds of vacuum pumps: positive displacement pumps, momentum transfer pumps and entrapment pumps.
VERTICAL PROCESS PUMPS

Vertical Centrifugal process pump can be used in any installation or specially where the saving of space is important factor or mechanical seal not required. These pumps are designed for use where the liquid handled to be of highly corrosive nature or where non-adherence of product or zero metallic contamination is must.
At NIMEX we supply vertical turbine pump whose features allow for easy maintenance, higher efficiency and a longer life. The renewable bowl and impeller wear rings permit re-establishing initial running clearances and efficiency.
With experienced engineers, customer service, and sales under the same roof, we are able to control the quality of products and quickly and effectively service our customers.
MAGNETIC DRIVE PUMPS
A magnetic drive pump uses a balanced magnetic field to create the rotation of the fluid impeller. Unlike a traditional centrifugal pump which has a direct drive connection between impeller and motor, a mag-drive pump eliminates the direct drive mechanism and replaces it with a magnetic field.
Magnetic drive pumps are a cost-effective solution as they require less maintenance because they do not use gland packings or mechanical seals. They are also a highly reliable alternative against traditional sealed pumps considering they have zero leakage of fugitive emissions.
NIMEX supply high quality magnetic drive pumps which can handle more than hundred different fluids, from the most corrosive and aggresive acids to volatile chemicals and expensive liquids, plus a large number of various mixtures in DIN/ISO and API configurations.
SPLIT CASING PUMPS
Split case centrifugal pumps feature a single double suction or two single suction impellers supported between bearings. The casing is split axially, with opposing suction and discharge flanges, greatly simplifying maintenance.
We supply split casting pumps and spare parts for diverse industries, such as oil and gas production, water and waste water treatment, power generation, construction, mines and large industrial plants.
SCREW PUMPS
A screw pump is a type of positive displacement pump that uses two or more screws that intermesh to pressurize fluids and move them in a system. The screws take in fluid then push it out from the other side while increasing its pressure. There are two main types of screw pumps in common use in the industrial market: Two/Double screw pump (twin screw pump and Three screw pump (triple screw pump).
Screw pumps are ideal for fuel transfer, elevators, and other similar industrial applications. Single screw pumps, or Archimedean screw pumps, are used for simple water movement such as for sewage inlet pumps, storm water pumping, drainage pumping, and to move industrial waste water.
NIMEX began to diversify and is now a high quality service provider of European imported pumps, with special attention and networking in Germany.
BILGE PUMPS
A bilge pump is a water pump used to remove bilge water. Since fuel can be present in the bilge, electric bilge pumps are designed to not cause sparks. Electric bilge pumps are often fitted with float switches which turn on the pump when the bilge fills to a set level.
Bilge Pumps is used for draining the ship various compartments. All the systems on vessel require proper operational bilge pump and pumping system for it to be at sea for prolonged periods.
HEATING PUMPS
Heat pumps are essential in industrial heating solutions, supplied by either district heating, surplus heat from the industrial processes or wind power. Re-using the process energy for space heating and hot water is an attractive short-cut to significant energy savings and a sustainable future. The heating pump utilises promising techniques with multitude applications within the process industry.
NIMEX provides a complete solution for  more efficient and competitive heat pump systems in industrial applications.
